RedBeard Historic Bakery won the coveted 2011 National Baking
Industry Association's Baking Seal of Excellence Award. Come to RedBeard's
cosy cafe in Trentham for an informal but educational evening of foodie fun.
Sample our famous organic sourdough from platters also featuring other local
delights. Learn about traditional baking techniques from one of RedBeard's
owners, as you watch the bakers work. See inside RedBeard's huge,19th century
woodfired oven. Local boutique breweries will also present their beers for
tasting. Take home some organic hot cross buns for breakfast, while they're
still warm from the oven – or eat them on the way if you can't resist!
