Producer and manufacturer of fine cabernet grape sauce, traminer grape paste, jellies and condiments. The cabernet grapes and gewurztraminer grapes from which these sauces and pastes are based come from our property just out of Malmsbury.
The vines are tenderly cared for and maintained by family members, as is our prime Angus beef herd. The grapes are all handpicked. The Malmsbury property has been with the family for 34 years, with the vineyard commencing 17 years ago.
