Lithia Springs Olive Grove is situated on the northern slopes of the Great Dividing Range, 5 kms outside the township of Hepburn Springs, in the picturesque hamlet of Shepard’s Flat.
Lithia Springs a small, family owned and run olive grove. The grove of over 1000 trees consists of a mix of Frantoia, Hardy Mammoth and Queen of Spain varieties of olives. This results in the distinctively flavored, high quality extra virgin olive oil.
Lithia Springs olive grove has been developed and managed using organic and sustainable practices. The olive oil has a low environmental foot print as it is entirely hand picked only and sold locally. The oil can be purchased from the farm gate and from selected purveyors of local produce, and feature in some of the local restaurants.
