Sanae Holdings is currently developing phase 1 of their wellbeing centre. This will include a produce store, organic farm, 18 accommodation cabins, lavender farm.
The total development will comprise produce store, bottling facility, manager's residence, 60 accommodation cabins, conference centre, spa retreat, organic farm and lavender farm.
At the moment, a separate business holds the lease to the restaurant Sault Estate, on the property.
