
The Hepburn Mineral Springs Company started bottling mineral water in 1910. The business changed owners, business name, and then eventually ceased trading in the 1970's.
The partners of the Daylesford and Hepburn Mineral Springs Company, Mitchel Watson and Brylie Rankine returned to Daylesford to live. One of the first things noticed by the couple was that restaurants and cafes in the "mineral springs capital of Australia" were serving Italian mineral water.
A business was re born.
We source our water from a private mineral spring aquifer located between Hepburn Springs and Daylesford on the edge of the Hepburn Regional Park. The water comes to the surface under great pressure, forced through granite fissures. On its journey it collects minerals and trace elements. When the water comes to the surface it is lightly carbonated; in bottling we try to keep this carbonation as true as possible.
Along with our sparkling mineral water, a still water is about to be bottled. Our products can be found in businesses all over our region and in selected businesses in the Melbourne metropolitan area.
