In 1954 at the age of 18, Felice Trovatello migrated to Australia from Calabria, in Southern Italy, with the dream of a better life. That dream was realised when a visit to Central Victoria inspired him to establish an olive grove and processing facility in an area that strongly reminded him of his homeland. Kyneton Olive Oil Products, the business he established with his wife, Maria, now produces one of the finest Extra Virgin Olive Oils in the Southern Hemisphere.

Today, the Trovatello family are olive growers and manufacturers of superb extra virgin olive oils, table olives and tapanades. Working as a team, they select only the finest olives to deliver a premium quality product.

Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oils: Herb, lemon, ginger, chilli, garlic, basil and mint infusions to complement roasts, vegetables and stir-fries or to drizzle over salads, grilled fish, baked vegetables, grilled lamb fillets, bruschetta and pasta.

Nonna's Crushed Olives: A deliciously different accompaniment to cheese platters and antipasto plates or anywhere you would use whole olives. Nonna's Crushed Olives come in "Regular" and "Herb and Chilli" and are made from a traditional family recipe to ensure good flavour and texture.

Nonna's Whole Green Olives and Nonna's Whole Black Olives: Premium quality olives, pure and simple.

Nonna's Tapanade: A tasty olive paste for adding flavour to focaccia, crispy bread, pizza and pasta or as a snack on savoury biscuits.

Thanks to Felice Trovatello and his family, we don't need to travel as far as Italy for premium grade olive products. We have them right here.
