Spade to Blade Catering has built its foundation upon sustainable work practices.

An ongoing dialogue with the many great organic farms which ring this district enables the bulk of produce used to be sourced within 20km of the production kitchen.

A partial client list includes many university and government departments.

On offer is a wide range of catering to suit most hosts, venues and budgets. The menus are individually tailored to reflect seasonality and the personality of clients.

Spade to Blade has 15 years experience in the delivery of weddings and major events up to 5000 persons.

A new line of ready to heat meals have been created:
- Free range chicken, potato and lemongrass
- Biodynamic chickpeas and pumpkin
- Organic braised lamb with root vegetables
- Hunters Stew
